These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ck44ap ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting services available at ck44ap.pro. This Agreement governs all access to and use of the ck44ap website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment systems, and any other services offered by ck44ap, collectively referred to as the "Services".

By registering an account, accessing the ck44ap website, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by this Agreement in its entirety. To open and maintain an account on the ck44ap platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• All personal information you provide during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details — is truthful, accurate, and current.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended ck44ap account under any name or set of credentials.
• You understand that online gaming may be regulated differently across jurisdictions and accept full personal responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Services is lawful in your location.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with ck44ap or any affiliate platform operated by us.

ck44ap reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any point before or after account registration. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals.

Each registered player is entitled to maintain one account only. ck44ap employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ck44ap may, at its sole discretion:

• Merge the accounts and apply the balance of the older account to the primary account;
• Permanently close all associated accounts and void any outstanding balances;
• Block the associated email addresses, payment methods, and device identifiers from future registrations.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. ck44ap will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You may request the closure of your ck44ap account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your designated payment method following completion of standard identity verification procedures. Balances below the minimum withdrawal threshold may be subject to administrative fees as disclosed in the payment schedule.

ck44ap processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following general conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 via the same method used for the most recent deposit.
• Withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operational hours for verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Payment method matching: Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. ck44ap does not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the account.
• Third-party payments: ck44ap strictly prohibits the use of payment accounts belonging to third parties. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered exclusively in the account holder's own name.

ck44ap reserves the right to apply additional verification steps — including Know Your Customer ("KYC") document checks — before processing any withdrawal. These checks are a standard risk management and anti-money laundering measure. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified within a reasonable time may be declined and the corresponding funds returned to the player's account wallet.

ck44ap will not be held responsible for delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal delivery caused by issues outside of our control, including but not limited to network outages, payment provider maintenance windows, or acts of government authorities.

All bonuses, free credit offers, cashback rewards, VIP tier benefits, tournament prizes, and any other promotional incentives offered by ck44ap are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage, hedging, matched betting across multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — is strictly prohibited.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings may be requested.
• Bonuses have defined validity periods. Any bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without compensation.
• ck44ap reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that the rights of players who have already opted into the promotion under its original terms are not materially prejudiced.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, device, or shared IP address. Attempts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times through new registrations will be treated as duplicate account creation and dealt with accordingly.

All games available on the ck44ap platform — including live casino tables, slots, sports betting markets, and any other gaming products — operate under the rules set by the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi) and are subject to the following platform-level conditions:

• Game results: All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by live physical events observed by independent oversight protocols. ck44ap does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Bet settlement: ck44ap reserves the right to void, correct, or re-settle bets where a game, event, or market was offered in error, where incorrect odds were published, or where technical malfunctions affected the integrity of the result.
• Sports betting: All sports markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international cricket, football, kabaddi, and hockey — are subject to the specific sports betting rules published on the platform. ck44ap's decision on the settlement of all sports markets is final.
• Prohibited software: The use of bots, automated betting software, scrapers, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. ck44ap actively scans for and will permanently ban accounts found using prohibited software.
• Technical failures: In the event of a network disconnection, server error, or any other technical failure during a game session, ck44ap will apply its documented technical failure policy to determine the outcome. Where a round cannot be completed and its outcome cannot be determined, all wagers placed on that round will be voided and returned to the player's account balance.

ck44ap is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all registered players. We actively promote responsible gaming practices and provide the following tools and safeguards to all account holders:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from their account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may configure maximum session duration alerts to help manage time spent gaming.

Your continued use of the ck44ap Services after the effective date of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
